Bio

Dr. Kathryn Chambers is a microbiologist and immunologist with extensive experience in STEM research, mentorship, and education. Her PhD dissertation focused on the pathogenesis, vaccines, and diagnostics of Lyme disease.

A B.S. in Global Disease Biology and Public Health from UC Davis, Kathryn has authored peer-reviewed publications and presented her work at national scientific conferences. Alongside her research, Kathryn has been a dedicated STEM mentor for over eight years, mentoring students and helping them succeed in science fairs, advanced coursework, and competitive opportunities.
