Bio

Dr. Sebastian Moguilner is a Research Instructor at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He holds a PhD in Biology (focused on neuroscience) from the National University of Cuyo and an MSc in Medical Physics from the Balseiro Institute in Argentina. His research combines EEG, sleep recordings, and wearable actigraphy with machine learning to detect early signs of brain aging and neurodegenerative disease. Dr. Moguilner has published more than 60 peer-reviewed papers and co-led a Nature Medicine study of brain aging clocks across 15 countries. A Senior Atlantic Fellow at the Global Brain Health Institute, he plays a leading computational role in an international dementia consortium and enjoys helping students turn curiosity into rigorous, publishable science.
