Dr. Kathryn Chambers is a microbiologist and immunologist with extensive experience in STEM research, mentorship, and education. Her PhD dissertation focused on the pathogenesis, vaccines, and diagnostics of Lyme disease.

A B.S. in Global Disease Biology and Public Health from UC Davis, Kathryn has authored peer-reviewed publications and presented her work at national scientific conferences.Alongside her research, Kathryn has been a dedicated STEM mentor for over eight years, mentoring students and helping them succeed in science fairs, advanced coursework, and competitive opportunities.

Clark is a scientist and educator whose career spans empirical research, theoretical insights, teaching, mentoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration. He has conducted hands-on research in multiple laboratories at institutions including MIT, Cambridge, and NYU, using diverse experimental and analytic methods. Alongside his research, Clark has mentored students at various levels in the scientific method and advanced STEM techniques, contributed to science with high-impact research publications, presented in many media features, and excels at communicating science to the general public and lay audiences.

Dr. Samir Soneji has over 12 years of experience in college admissions. He has served on admissions committees at Princeton, Dartmouth, and UNC Chapel Hill, and interviewed applicants for Princeton. He helps students craft authentic, compelling applications to top universities and colleges.

He has authored over 80 peer-reviewed articles and op-eds and have published in The New York Times, The New England Journal of Medicine, and Health Affairs. He excels at translating complex analytic results into actionable recommendations.

Dr. Karthik is an Applied Scientist with deep experience in computational thermal and mechanical simulations for electronics devices using commercially available tools such as Ansys, Abaqus, Fluent and Icepak. During his Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering, he developed a new finite element method for simulating fluid-structure interactions during combustion of solid propellants inside rockets. He blends his Physics expertise with AI, and has developed high-performance deep learning and generative AI solutions using computer vision, sensor fusion and LLMs. He holds multiple patents in Computer Vision and AI.

Kartik thrives on solving complex, interdisciplinary technology problems that merge machine learning, applied mathematics and distributed computing. His expertise is highlighted by patented Computer Vision systems for human activity detection using multi-sensor fusion and seamless aerial mapping with custom image rendering techniques. His technical foundation is anchored by a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, where he pioneered the use of physics-based modeling and nonlinear optimization to solve complex material detection challenges in hyperspectral imagery.

Dr. Josh brings a unique background that is rooted in his dual degrees in Chemistry & Chemical Biology from Cornell University. He has the unique his ability to translate complex medical and regulatory concepts into clear, impactful research projects for different students.

Dr. Nell Daniel is a former Parsons Admissions Director and RISD Trustee who has a 30-year track record of helping teens secure admission and scholarships to top colleges. She is an established artist, educator, curator, and innovation consultant to colleges and museums. Nell received her BFA from RISD, MA from Columbia, a PhD fellowship from NYU, and MFA from VCFA. She helps students in building portfolios for college admissions to design, architecture and art majors.

Daniella has always believed in the power of a good story. While earning her B.A. in English at Trinity College, she discovered how much she also loved guiding her peers through the writing process as an advisor in the college writing center. Completing her M.A. in English and education at the University of Massachusetts, she continued her work as a writing coach. Since then, Daniella has taught English in classrooms on both coasts of the U.S., in Turkey, and in Colombia, consistently guiding students from around the world, helping them to uncover their own stories and to shine, especially in the context of their college application essays. Some of the most rewarding moments of her career have been working one-on-one with students, helping them discover their own authentic voices, visions, and styles.

After earning her degree in Journalism and Nonprofit Management from Pepperdine University, Allison moved to Nanjing, China, where she spent two years working as a college consultant. During that time, she supported dozens of students and their families through the American university application process. She also led writing workshops focused on crafting impactful college essays that highlight each student's unique strengths. She then went on to receive her MFA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute and write for network television shows. With experience working in admissions offices paired with her script writing background, Allison has gained valuable insight into what makes an application stand out and how to help students craft authentic and compelling stories.
