Vineet's passion for helping high school students find the career and college of their choice goes back three decades. As he entered high school, he wanted to pursue Design but based on a teacher's advice and his strengths in STEM he ended up doing Computer Science as a major in college. This question came up again as he pursued his MBA from IIM Bangalore -- should he become a banker or pursue a career in the technology world. Another timely advice from a mentor opened his eyes to the power of combining his CS and Marketing skills with his love for Design, and he decided to pursue Product Management as his long term career. When his own son was also faced with a similar decision and trying to decide his path -- Vineet took on the coach and mentor role to help him navigate the process. And when his son had landed sixteen offers from top engineering programs in the country, Vineet decided to channel his now passion for advising to the benefit of other families, in whose shoes his own had recently been.

Joshua Ward is a medical student, mentor, and essay whisperer who believes great storytelling can open just about any door.
A graduate of Cornell University with degrees in Chemistry and Performing & Media Arts, Josh brings both logic and lyricism to every application he touches. Now a full-tuition scholar at Washington University School of Medicine, where he's completed the core M.D. curriculum, Josh specializes in helping premeds tell their stories — but he's guided students of all interests toward admission at Ivy League colleges, top-tier M.D. programs, and more.
For the past six years, he's helped applicants write essays that capture their character, convictions, and voice. He challenges students to think critically about the experiences that have shaped them and works with them to craft essays they can be proud of — whether it's a Cornell supplemental, a Common App draft, or a med school personal statement. With Josh, students learn to find the heartbeat of their story — and make it sing.
